Accommodation regulations

First. The relations derived from the accommodation and / or services that the guests receive in this establishment, will be governed by the pertinent norms of the Civil Codes, of Commerce and sanitary, by the uses and customs of the place and, especially, by the dispositions of the present regulation

Second.  The guest has an inescapable obligation to register on entering the establishment, filling in personally the registration form that will be provided.

Third.  The guest must specify in the registration form, the number of days or period of duration of their stay. The term of one day will be considered at 12:00 hours of each day. The guest who vacates the room after the limit established above, will be obliged to pay an additional day of stay or late check out.

Quarter.  It is the obligation of the guest to pay opportunely the account derived from the accommodation and other services used, as soon as this is presented by the establishment. The price of the lodging and other services will correspond to the rates published opportunely by the hotel and its payment may be demanded in advance from the time of the passenger´s registration, without prejudice to the fact that the room is not used later.

Fifth.  It is especially forbidden to the guest to cause annoying noises inside the room; introduce animals in the establishment; prepare food in the room; smoking in the rooms and areas of common use and, in general, executing any act that bothers or disturbs the other guests of the hotel.

Sixth.  The guest must leave the key to their room at the reception each time they leave the establishment. You will not be able to accommodate people other than those registered in your room and, in any case, you must give prior notice to the administration regarding any variation experienced by the number or identification of the persons covered by your registration.

Seventh.  As a measure of greater security, the establishment puts at the disposal of the guest in each room a safe deposit box so that under his own responsibility he keeps his values, jewels and other goods that he deems appropriate. The company will not be liable for damages, deterioration or damage suffered by the goods introduced by the guests to the establishment, nor for the vehicles that are stored in the parking lot, when those are a consequence of fortuitous event, force majeure, vices of the same species or acts attributable to the guest or visitors, or to people outside the hotel staff.

Eighth.  When the guest is absent for more than 48 hours without prior notice to the reception, this may terminate the accommodation as prevented in the following article.

Nineth:  The baggage and other goods that the guest introduces in the establishment will be considered property of the person who makes the registration and will be responsible for all the debts that for the lodging and other services cause the people included in the respective registry.

Tenth:  The hotel will not allow access to the rooms to any person who has not been previously and expressly authorized by the respective guest, their identity must be checked and their entry registered, in any case, the hotel reserves the right not to allow visits in the room. The people who represent the hotel will have free access to the rooms occupied by the guests, for the fulfillment of the functions that are proper to them or of the provisions of this regulation.
