RESERVATION POLICY

1. Response to request for reservations within 24 business hours following the request.
2. To confirm bookings, a 50 % of the total is required. The deadline for payment is 96 hours after booking. Otherwise, the reservation will be considered only tentative.
3. Tentative reservations remain in force while there is no new reservation for the same time guaranteeing it with a prepayment. In such a case we will immediately contact the initial tentative reservation, giving them the right of  first refusal, otherwise the tentative reservation will be removed.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

• Check-in
• The check-in starts at 15:00 hrs.  It may be earlier depending on availability. If your arrival is early in the morning, we'll take care of your luggage until you get the room.
• Check-out.
• The check out must be before noon, and may be delayed depending on availability.
• Modifications;

Changes to confirmed reservations are subject to availability and will be accepted before 30 days in high season and  before 15 days in low season of the arrival of passenger at the hotel.

• Child Policy;

For children aged 0 to 6 years free sharing of room with parents ( additional bed not considered ).

• For children 7 to 14 years, 40% discount on additional bed rate when sharing room with parents. (Subject to availability).
• CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Deadline for cancellation of bookings (Dead Line) in high season is 20 days before check in.
2. Dead line in low season, is 48 hours prior to check-in.
3. For CANCELLATIONS AND / OR NO SHOW of groups, some of its members or individuals, we will charge the reservation according to the following parameters.

- High Season

• 20 days or more before date of arrival, no fee
• 8 to 19 days before arrival date 50% Charge
• 0 to 7 days before arrival date 100% Charge

- Low season

• 48 hours or more before date of arrival, no fee.

Less than 48 hours before arrival, 100% Charge
